Clay 'Abyss' Sculpture and Clay 'Shatter' Panel

I wanted to make more clay pieces so I rolled out a postcard sized clay panel and cut out the middle and made it look like it was tampered with and broken, My clay was too thick and it ironically shattered it to lots of pieces. I hope to make another one soon for my portfolio. For the abyss I tried to portray nothingness, something bare and quite large I thought it looked very interesting as a sculpture. When the clay dries I shall be painting my sculpture with dark tones to make it look more bland.
